Steps for Removal from eSchool Program:

  1. Students and parents/guardians (designated in the student eSchool Program account) will receive Progress Reports every two weeks via email to indicate how the student is performing in his/her courses. Students and parents/guardians are responsible for keeping all contact information, including active email address, up-to-date.
  2. Students who have met or exceeded the maximum number of days absent (without a medical excuse) and/or students who have not been successful in the majority of their courses will be placed on the Academic Probation list.
  3. Students on the Academic Probation list will be notified that they are to return to their boundary schools at the end of the closest marking period. Boundary schools will also be notified to expect the students at the start of the next marking period.
  4. During the period of Academic Probation, students may be multiple-school enrolled to their boundary schools and have their schedules modified to allow students the opportunity to successfully complete some of their courses by their exit date. For example, students may be dropped to only one or two courses while they transition to their boundary school.
