Virtual Proctoring for Final Exams
Grades 9 – 12
Students will take their final exams virtually with a Kenosha eSchool Program staff member proctoring the final exam. Final exams will be given via Zoom video platform. Students will need to have reliable internet service, working webcam and microphone, school issued ID or
state issued ID, and it is recommended students use their KUSD issued Chromebook for the final. Final exam times are offered during normal school hours with some evening time frame options available (no weekend testing hours available). Finals will need to be scheduled with the course teacher. Students will be notified via email a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the final starting with important information including the Zoom meeting link for connecting with the proctor.
Finals Checklist:
- Schedule final with course teacher
- Reliable Internet connection
- Recommended use of KUSD issued Chromebook for final
- Working webcam and microphone
- School issued ID or State issued ID (driver license) for verifying student taking final
- Check email prior to final beginning for Zoom link and other information sent by the proctor
* Students will need to share their computer screen and camera with proctor while taking final exams to maintain the integrity of the exam.
* It is suggested that prior to the final start time students make sure their device is working properly and running smoothly.
