Lance is excited to announce the launch of our School Improvement Plan, a focused effort to ensure we continually grow and provide the best possible learning environment for our students. This plan is not just about addressing challenges—it’s about embracing opportunities to enhance our academic programs, strengthen community engagement, and foster a culture of excellence. Every member of our school community plays a vital role in this journey, and together, we will build on our strengths, learn from our experiences, and move forward with a shared commitment to progress. With a positive mindset, dedication to continuous improvement and intentional reflection on our practice we are determined and confident that we will create even greater opportunities for our students to thrive.
Goal: Student Achievement
By spring 2027, the district will increase the percentage of students scoring meeting or advanced in reading and math by 12%, as measured by state assessments.
