StPeter_001 Grade 8 Hi, Bolts, I am Mike St. Peter, a counselor at Lance for the past 11 years. Before that, I was a social studies teacher for 10 years. I believe every student is important and valued and I am a person who is willing to help in any way I can. I am married and have 1 daughter and 1 son. As a family, we are very involved in our church and love to travel together. We have been to many U.S. states along with international travel to Israel, Turkey, Italy, Canada and Mexico. I have lived in Kenosha my entire life and graduated from Bradford High School and UW-Parkside for college. I received my master’s degree in counseling from Concordia University in Mequon.

Grade 7 My name is Sabrina Garner. I am excited to serve as 7th grade counselor at Lance Middle School. I am eager to meet and support students and families at Lance. Although this is my first year at Lance, it is my 24th year in education. I enjoy listening to live music, cooking, and spending time with my friends and family.

Grade 6 I have been in education for 10 years. This will be my 3rd year at Lance as a Counselor. I enjoy the Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Badgers. I have two sons, Calvin (4 years old) and Adam (1 year old). I enjoy playing basketball, running around with the kids, antiquing, fishing, and going to the movies. My wife and two kids make trips up north to spend time with family and friends which is my favorite way to relax.

drechsler_004 Social Worker With nearly 20 years of experience, I have served as a social worker in diverse settings such as schools, community organizations, and private agencies. My passion lies in working with families, students, and the community to initiate positive change. Through advocacy, resource provision, and problem-solving, I aim to make meaningful impacts in the lives of those I serve. I prioritize establishing strong relationships to better support individuals in need. Outside of work, I indulge in travel for leisure and education, embracing different cultures and enriching experiences. Quality time with loved ones is of utmost importance to me, and I find joy in creating fun holiday traditions and events for my family. Recently, I have embarked on a new endeavor – training our household’s two cherished dogs.

EBD Social Worker Hi Bolts! I am Ann Sumpter, School Social Worker. With 25 years of experience, I have been a Social Worker in Educational settings, Medical settings, and Community Mental Health settings. I have been working as a School Social Worker for KUSD for 5 years now and have enjoyed this challenging role! I love spending time with my family, being up north, and spending time on the water. I like Mountain Biking with my husband and daughters. I also love snuggle time and taking walks with my Irish Wolf Hound “Clover” and my French Bulldog “LeRoi”.
