I’ve been teaching at Lance Middle School for seven years. Most of my teaching experience in Kenosha Unified has been in middle school, but I also have had experience teaching third and fifth grade. I studied Education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for my bachelor’s degree and am currently working on my Master’s Degree in literacy. During my time in middle school classrooms, I’ve taught Science, Social Studies, and English. I like to make learning hands-on by including projects and investigations in my lessons. My goal is to help my students become curious, critical thinkers who love learning.

I started teaching at Lance in 2024, but it has been close to my heart long before that. I earned my teaching license after student teaching here and followed that by substitute teaching. Outside of teaching, I enjoy creating art, reading, nature, and spending time with my loved ones.

Resource Hello, Bolts, my name is Lennon Modory and this is my second year teaching at Lance. I graduated from UW-Parkside with a degree in Secondary Education and English in 2023. I come from a family of teachers and I am proud to say it is one of my biggest passions. I love being able to make an impact on my students, ensuring they are receiving the best education possible. Outside of teaching, I am an avid music and sports fan. I also enjoy photography and I love visiting amusement parks around the world.
