DECA Award Winners

Tremper DECA students competed at the Wisconsin State DECA Career and Developmental Conference (SCDC) this past week in Lake Geneva. Overall, ten medals were earned by our chapter and three students qualified to compete at the International Conference in Orlando this April!
Congrats to the following students on their accomplishments:
***Olivia Ruffolo and Clara Frederick- Medals for Role Play 2 in Marketing Management Team
***Emma Eltoff- Exam medals for the IMC project and Marketing Management Team
***Lucy Salmon- Exam medal for the Marketing Management Team event
***Natalie Gnolfo- Role play 1 and Role Play 2 medals AND Series Finalist for Apparel and Accessories
***Lucy Salmon and Emma Eltoff- 3rd place for their Integrated Marketing Campaign Project for the Tremper Blood Drive
Natalie, Lucy, and Emma are moving onto the International Career and Developmental Conference to compete for DECA glass along with Kennedy Zimmerman and Adam Goins for the School Based Enterprise event. Thrive Leadership Academy spots were earned by Bella Jackson, Megan Straka and Olivia Ruffolo.
Special shout out to DECA advisor, Tracie Nielson-Newberry, who was awarded the Wisconsin DECA Red Apple Advisor award. This student nominated award allows chapter members to recognize advisors for their support, commitment, and guidance. Nine advisors from Wisconsin were recognized this year out of over 100 in the Wisconsin DECA organization.
